These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at www.baref.shop (the "Site"), operated by BAREFOOT BY BRI LLC, 6297 County Road 18, Wauseon, OH 43567, United States (the "Company"). By accessing the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational reference describing the Company's registered business scope — forty-eight personal-care service categories organized across five studio stations (barber, hair & beauty, nails, non-medical weight services, and spa & specialty). The Site is provided for general information only.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a service menu, price list, appointment offer, gift-card sale, or invitation to transact. You cannot book appointments, purchase products, or make payments through the Site. Any service engagement occurs solely through the studio's own licensed, in-person channels.
The Site's text, design system, graphics, vanity-mirror artwork, and the BAREFOOT BY BRI name and marks are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) scrape, crawl, or harvest Site content in bulk; (c) attempt to probe or disrupt the hosting environment; (d) impersonate the Company or forge communications appearing to come from us; or (e) use Site information to defraud third parties.
The Company does not solicit booking deposits, prepayments, card details, or gift-card codes by email or phone. Communications claiming otherwise are fraudulent and not ours. We assume no liability for payments made to impersonators, and we encourage you to report them to us and to your payment provider.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Category lists and descriptive content may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its members, managers, and the Site's Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed USD $100.
